1. 🔹 Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

• JazzCash

• Easypaisa

• Bank Transfer

• Debit/Credit Cards (if enabled)

Payment details will be provided during the checkout or service order process.

2. 🔹 Order Confirmation

Once you place an order or request a service:

• You will receive a confirmation email or message with your order ID.

• Services begin only after payment is confirmed.

• If payment is delayed or failed, the order will be marked as pending or canceled.

3. 🔹 Pricing & Currency

• All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless otherwise stated.

• We reserve the right to update prices at any time, but existing confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. 🔹 Refund Policy

Refunds are allowed in the following cases:

• Service not delivered within the committed time

• Duplicate or incorrect payment

• Order canceled before work has started

No refunds will be granted for:

• Completed services

• Affiliate commissions already paid

• Violations of our Terms of Use

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued within 5–7 business days through the same payment method used.

5. 🔹 Affiliate Payouts

If you’re an affiliate:

• Commissions are tracked automatically via referral links.

• Minimum payout threshold: PKR 500

• Payment cycle: Monthly or on request after threshold is reached

• Payout methods: JazzCash / Easypaisa / Bank Transfer

You must ensure your payment information is up to date in your dashboard.

6. 🔹 Failed or Disputed Transactions

In case of chargebacks or disputes:

• Your account may be suspended while the issue is investigated.

• Repeat chargebacks may result in permanent ban from our services.
